Tower Health’s Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is seeking a project management professional ready to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across clinical, operational, and technology domains. The ePMO Project Manager manages moderate to high complexity projects in adherence with Tower Health's project management framework with minimal guidance. Operating within a lean, high-impact ePMO, you will: work under the general guidance of more senior project and program managersuse established ePMO processes and tools to manage project requests in the pipeline and lead projects in our portfoliomaintain a client satisfaction, service delivery focus by effectively and proactively communicating project details and issues that threaten the success of the projectmonitor customer satisfaction to ensure projects meet stakeholder expectationsmaintain timely and accurate documentation in support of ePMO operationsprovide project management education and coaching to less experienced staffcontribute to the evolution of the PMO, collaborating with peers on improving standards, processes, tools and implementing leading practicesThis position is mostly remote with an expectation to be in the office as needed based on department and project demands.
