EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION RequiredEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent Experience2 years of experience as a Housekeeper JOB DUTIES Assists with implementation of departmental policies and proce- dures. Maintains departmental records, reports and files required. Assists with establishing quality levels and standards.

Schedules and assigns work to individuals and inspects work upon completion. Tours and inspects areas for quality of work performed. Inspects housekeeping equipment for wear, tear and replacement. - Instructs personnel in use of new equipment, cleaning techniques and cleaning agents.

Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and oversees replacement. Coordinates repair and remodeling projects with Engineering Division. Assumes management responsibility in absence of Operations Manager.

Supervises employees directly, including selection, training, performance appraisal and work allocation. Plans, organizes, and directs functions and activities of Environmental Services Division to comply with regulatory require- ments. Performs other related duties assigned or requested.
