Lyra Caregiver Assistance program- Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year. Performs cleaning tasks in an assigned area of Providence Health Systems hospitals and medical centers, medical office buildings or satellites to provide a sanitary, orderly and attractive environment. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
