You’ll need
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Environmental Services, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Create instructor-led, simulation-based, and digital learning experiences that improve performance and patient care.
✓Partner with leaders across Environmental Services, Infection Prevention, Nursing, Quality, and Facilities to support organizational excellence.

Progressive Environmental Services leadership experience, preferably within a healthcare environment. preferred
Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and digital learning programs. preferred
Experience creating e-learning content and utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS). preferred
Knowledge of Environmental Services operations, infection prevention, and regulatory standards. preferred
Experience leading onboarding, coaching, competency validation, or workforce development initiatives. preferred
Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. preferred
Strong organizational, project management, and change management abilities. preferred
