You’ll need
Certifications
✓Epic certification in one or more technical applications and/or ability to attain Epic certification(s) in assigned module(s) within a defined timeframe determined at time of hire.
✓Traveling occasionally for Epic training, certification, project meetings, or other work-related purposes, including travel outside of the state.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, healthcare administration, information technology or other related field, required, OR four years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
Qualifications
✓3 years of experience supporting healthcare information systems
✓1 year of experience working with system integrations, interfaces, or technical support
✓processes, required.
✓As part of our selection process, candidates being considered for this position will be required to complete a Sphinx Assessment, which is used to evaluate job-related competencies and determine overall suitability for the role.
✓Successful completion of the assessment is a required component of the hiring process.
✓This position also requires active participation in various phases of the Epic application lifecycle, including but not limited to implementation, go-live support, stabilization, optimization, and system upgrades.
✓Candidates must be willing and able to accommodate the demands associated with these activities, which may include:
✓This position operates in a hybrid work environment and may require a minimum of 25% onsite presence to support operational and business needs.
✓Working additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours, including evenings and weekends, as project needs dictate.
✓Participating in on-site go-live and support activities across multiple organizational locations.
✓Traveling between organizational facilities to provide operational, project, and end-user support.
✓Candidates should be prepared to maintain flexibility in their schedules to support critical project milestones and organizational operational needs.
1 year of experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes, billing operations, claims management or patient accounting preferred.
1 year of experience supporting Epic applications in healthcare, preferred.

The Epic Application Analyst (HB/PB) is responsible for the design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) or Professional Billing (PB) applications.
