Certifications
✓Future Epic certifications will be required
Epic Teamwork certification preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems , Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Nursing, or related field .
Qualifications
✓Minimum three years of experience supporting Epic Teamwork, workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, HRIS, ERP, or scheduling applications.
✓Experience with workforce scheduling, labor management, payroll integration, and reporting.
✓Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
