Qualifications
✓10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
✓5+ years of management experience leading large teams and complex healthcare operations.
✓Experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within a healthcare system, academic medical center, or integrated delivery network.
✓Demonstrated success in service line management, program development, physician relations, and operational leadership.
✓Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, contracting, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements.
