This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategic growth and development of a multi-site oncology service line across one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
The EMD will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cancer care by expanding access to advanced treatments, building subspecialty programs, and advancing clinical research and trials across the Denver metropolitan area. Role OverviewThe Executive Medical Director will:Lead the strategic growth, quality, and performance of cancer services across a five-hospital system and affiliated clinicsAlign and partner with physician leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality, and cost-effective careRecruit, mentor, and retain high-performing oncology physicians and subspecialists to support program growthExpand and enhance clinical trials, research initiatives, and academic partnershipsDevelop and grow Centers of Excellence across key tumor sitesEnhance regional referral networks and expand market presence.
