Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs. Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
Monitor patient progress, regularly review, and adjust care plans based on patient responses and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is informed and involved in the care process. Physical
