Position Details: Location: Polk County Hospitals - Winter Haven Hospital and Bartow Regional Medical Center Status: Fulltime Available Shifts: 10 hr - Variable start 6:30am
- 9:30am (Winter Haven Hospital); 6:30am
- 3:00pm (Bartow Regional Hospital) and 6:30am
- 5:00pm (Bartow Regional Hospital) On Call: Yes Always in person
The Operating Room RN responsibilities include: RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization RN is also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned This position requires a minimum of two years of experience as an RN.
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in the Operating Room for consideration.
