You’ll need
Education
✓Associate's Degree in a technical or business discipline is required or equivalent years of experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
✓Requires an in depth knowledge of hazardous material management, NFPA Life Safety Code, State Fire Marshall and NFPA 99 requirements.
✓Requires comprehensive understanding of codes and regulations associated with maintenance utility operation including the requirements of the JCAHO, SDOH, OSHA, and other federal, state and local agencies.
✓Requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experience leading teams and 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other utility systems.
