Join an established team of 4 physicians and 1 APP Call structure: Not required at this time Practice setting: Outpatient Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Deliver comprehensive patient care by diagnosing, managing, and treating acute and chronic health conditions to optimize health outcomes for individuals and families in an outpatient clinic setting.
Drive clinical collaboration by working alongside physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure smooth care coordination and continuity across the network. Maintain detailed, accurate health records in accordance with specialty standards and organizational policies to ensure patient safety and top-tier quality of care.
