REQUIRED:
One (1) year of related experience, required. Prefer some work-related experience in utilization management.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred (Nursing, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work). Working Knowledge: Knowledgable in behavioral health, managed care is preferred.
Must have effective oral and written communication skills. Also must have document management skills and data entry skills. Detailed, organized individual that can work independently.
Must have computer skills.
