Prepare Weekly Cash ReportPrepare Weekly Cash Report.
Reconcile all bank andReconcile all bank and investment accounts for AnMed Health.
Acts as a liaisonActs as a liaison with banking institutions.
Reconciles accounts and actsReconciles accounts and acts as contact between Accounting and all departments handling cash (deposits) to resolve differences between the bank, the GL and the Patient Accounting system.
Prepares Journal Entries forPrepares Journal Entries for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of JE’s (including but not limited to, Cash, Investments, Physician Practices, Iva, Hartwell, FSA ).

Prepare Weekly Cash Report. Reconcile all bank and investment accounts for AnMed Health. Acts as a liaison with banking institutions.

Reconciles accounts and acts as contact between Accounting and all departments handling cash (deposits) to resolve differences between the bank, the GL and the Patient Accounting system. Prepares Journal Entries for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of JE’s (including but not limited to, Cash, Investments, Physician Practices, Iva, Hartwell, FSA ). Prepares Account Recs for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of Account Recs (including, but not limited to those for Cash, Investments, and Family Medicine).

Prepares monthly Investment Summary. Prepares unclaimed property reports for the State. 8. Assist with yearly audit.

BS degree in Accounting or related field required. 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
