The Financial Analyst II supports the financial health and operational reliability of Kettering Health by preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial data to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role collaborates with departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provides insights to improve resource utilization and cost effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldThree years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, decision support, budgeting, accounting, or a related analytical role.
