✓Excellent Customer Service skills required.
✓Able to write legibly

✓use a computer, printer, and software programs necessary to position (e.g., Microsoft applications, patient accounting, registration and insurance eligibility applications)
✓operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the job.

✓think critically
✓relate positively, effectively and professionally with others
✓provide leadership and supervision
✓be consistent in following policies
