How you’ll make an impact in this role Design and lead customized fitness programs and inclusive group exercise classes that empower diverse patient populations to achieve their unique health and recovery goals.
Educate and inspire the broader community by developing, marketing, and presenting engaging wellness lectures that promote lifelong healthy habits. Guide participants through comprehensive fitness instruction, helping them clearly connect physical exercise to their overall health and wellness journeys. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning fitness center by overseeing equipment upkeep and ensuring all members are confidently and safely trained on proper usage.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences: Education or Certification: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science OR an active, accredited Certificate in Personal Training.
