Role Overview As a Float RN with Rapid Response, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.

Join a team where your contributions make a meaningful impact on patient care and community health. Qualifications What You Will Need EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS). PREFERRED
