What you’ll do
Coordinate the ordering, receivingCoordinate the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of food products, supplies, and equipment for the Food & Nutrition department
Place orders for foodPlace orders for food, supplies, and equipment while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensuring products are available when needed
Receive, inspect, break downReceive, inspect, break down, and properly store deliveries according to food safety standards and First In, First Out (FIFO) practices
Maintain accurate inventory recordsMaintain accurate inventory records, complete weekly inventories, and update product pricing as needed
Prepare and deliver stockPrepare and deliver stock orders throughout the department, ensuring supplies reach the appropriate areas in a timely manner
