Front Desk Receptionist (Per Diem/On call) Fairfax Behavioral Health is seeking a per diem/on call Front Desk Receptionist at our Kirkland location. This position is responsible for welcoming our guests with a smile, providing quality and efficient service for internal and external customers, answering, routing multiple phone lines and responding to routine questions. Additionally, this position assists with the coordination of patient admissions, discharge process, monitors patients while in lobby, and will be responsible for other related clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred
Two (2) years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment. Additional
