Join our Team! As a Grill Cold Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service. Your day may include: Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays Providing friendly, attentive service Staying active in a fast‑paced kitchen environment (lifting 5–25 lbs) Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaning
- Full‑time, 40 hrs/week
- Every other weekend & holidays
- Shifts between 5:00 AM–8:30 PM What You’ll Do: Prep, cook, and serve menu items Label, date, and complete temperature documentation Deliver excellent service to guests, patients, and staff Restock stations and assist with next‑day preparation Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Join a collaborative team just minutes from Ross Park Mall and help create exceptional dining experiences at UPMC Passavant!
