This is an opportunity to do more than administer individual GME programs—you’ll help strengthen the institutional infrastructure supporting 16 training programs at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years of Graduate Medical Education coordinator experience required
✓Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ACGME institutional requirements
✓Understanding of GME finance fundamentals
✓Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to collaborate effectively with physician leaders, Program Directors, Program Coordinators, academic leadership, and external partners
✓Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and develop standardized processes across multiple programs
Previous experience within a multi-program, institutionally sponsored academic medical center preferred
Experience with new innovations preferred
