Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week How you’ll make an impact in this role Work with engineering teams to ensure the client's property is maintained effectively and efficiently. Coordinate new tenant onboarding, respond to tenant requests, and maintain accurate contact databases for all occupants and vendors. Process vendor invoices and prepare essential documentation for outgoing recoveries and financial reconciliations.
Collect, input, and export real estate metrics to maintain the integrity of the organization's system of record. Manage cross-departmental information requests to prepare accurate management reports, while fostering professional relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants. High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
