Why You'll Love This Role a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to: Recruit top healthcare talent for Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Augusta area Partner with nursing center leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Build relationships with nurses, CNAs, therapists, administrative professionals, and other healthcare candidates Create candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events Utilize recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through every step of their hiring journey Extend offers and help new team members begin their careers with PruittHealth Attend local job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Enjoys building relationships and connecting with people Is highly organized and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously Thinks creatively when sourcing candidates Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills Is comfortable networking throughout the Augusta community and surrounding counties a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED At least one year of recruiting experience Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Two or more years of recruiting experience Healthcare recruiting experience, especially in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Taleo experience Location Requirement This position supports facilities in the Augusta, GA market .
Candidates should reside in or near Augusta, Georgia, and be comfortable traveling locally to nursing centers, career fairs, recruiting events, colleges, and community partnerships throughout the region.
