Education
✓Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree with (5) years of experience, or greater than (6) years of experience in a healthcare application support role.
✓Related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications
✓Demonstrated organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
✓demonstrated ability to set and manage multiple priorities and to lead others in team projects
✓demonstrated ability to manage and/or resolve issues affecting healthcare operational systems including clinical and/or financial.
✓Maintain system documentation, support procedures, configuration standards, and disaster recovery requirements.
✓Ensure compliance with organizational policies, cybersecurity standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and applicable accreditation standards.
✓Provide after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations as required to support critical clinical systems.
Provide technical administration, support, maintenance, and lifecycle management for assigned third-party clinical and operational systems, including but not limited to: preferred
GE Centricity preferred
Philips IntelliSpace ECG (ISECG), ECG, and Stress Testing Systems preferred
LSI Cardio Pulmonary Function Systems preferred
Timeless Milk Management System preferred
Cadwell Diagnostic and Neurodiagnostic Systems preferred
Other clinical, diagnostic, and departmental applications as assigned preferred
Serve as the primary technical resource for system performance, availability, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to supported applications. preferred
Coordinate with vendors, clinical stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and project managers to ensure successful system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support. preferred
Monitor system health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize system downtime. preferred
Manage software upgrades, patches, testing, and validation activities while ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations. preferred
Support application integrations with Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and other enterprise systems. preferred
