When you join us as a High Risk Breast Patient Coordinator you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will:Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patientsEntering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reportsHandles all specimen collection samplesAssists with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4,5,6 as neededScheduling of patient procedures and examsImplements and reviews policies and procedures related to the breast navigation programNotify the patient's physician or provider with positive biopsy results as neededHandle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic mannerAttend and participate in various meetings and trainings as requiredIf You Are:Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.

You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
