Process incoming records requestsProcess incoming records requests using HIPAA, Hospital Policies and Regulatory Guidelines
Verify subpoenas and courtVerify subpoenas and court orders for validity and respond within strict deadlines
Access and compile computerizedAccess and compile computerized and paper medical records and reviews for accuracy prior to printing, mailing and faxing the records
Handle all incoming callsHandle all incoming calls related to Health Information requests
