You’ll need
Education
✓Must be a high school graduate
A two-year college degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Must have work experience in a medical and/or hospital office setting with knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications
✓Must be detailed-oriented with the ability to trouble-shoot chart issues with employees
✓Ability to work with employees in patient care units, outpatient areas, and the ED Department
✓Ability to be sedentary for long periods of time
✓Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and others hospital employees
✓Ability to work in a demanding environment
✓Ability to multi-task with work and talking to patients and other customers

About the role
Supervises daily operations of the department to include chart pick-up, process all charts for chart completion, follow up on medical staff incomplete charts, and follow up on medical record requests. Provides staff oversight to monitor the quality of scanned documents to ensure correct patient documents and labels are within charts.
