Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Minimum of 2 years of home care experience, including patient assessments Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills Experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, or business growth is a plus Passion for patient advocacy and care coordination Posted Salary Range USD $95,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
