✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master’s degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare management and/or supervisory experience
✓Prior experience as a Nurse Manager in an acute care setting
✓Minimum of three (3) years of bedside nursing experience in acute care
✓Demonstrated knowledge of hospice philosophy, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and hospice policies and procedures
✓Ability to assess the needs of terminally ill patients and their families, including planning and oversight of symptom management
✓Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Partner with the PresidentPartner with the President of Good Shepherd Hospice in organizational planning, priority setting, and the identification, development, and evaluation of short- and long-term goals
