Responsible for leading a team of 12-15 individual contributors focused on order management and the timely collection of physician signatures on home health orders. Ensures compliance with CMS regulations and home health documentation requirements to support accurate and timely billing and collections. Manages key operational metrics and team performance to achieve departmental goals, while partnering with internal stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, determine root causes of issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Supervisory

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.

Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Coaches, monitors and performance manage 10 – 15 individual contributors, including but not limited to managing quality, time and attendance, & attendance-related requests. Manages employee performance, productivity, and Unbilled Finals Claims service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure departmental goals are met. Provides On-the-Job training to employees.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall team performance. Communicate operational updates, expectations, and process changes to team members. Collaborate closely with leadership to identify process gaps and operational challenges. ▪ Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to address process deficiencies and improve outcomes.

Promote accountability, consistency, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures Facilitates daily team huddle to maintain communication and improve employee engagement. Identify performance trends and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective action when needed.

Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Operations or process improvement experience required.
