You’ll provide personalized care, manage your daily schedule in the field and collaborate with a supportive clinical team. More Reasons to Join Us Sign-on bonus Monday–Friday schedule supporting work life balance One-on-one patient care Autonomy in the field with support from an experienced team AI-supported technology that helps reduce documentation time Medical, dental, vision and pet insurance + 401K with employer match Generous paid time off Six paid company holidays Make a Meaningful Difference As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will: Evaluate patients’ strength, balance, mobility and functional abilities Create personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals Provide therapy that helps patients move safely and remain independent at home Teach patients and caregivers about exercises, equipment and fall prevention Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Partner with physicians, nurses, therapists and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide guidance and clinical support to therapy staff when appropriate What You’ll Need Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and current auto insurance Ability and willingness to travel throughout Attleboro and surrounding communities Strong communication, organization, and independent decision-making skills Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
Your Expertise Can Help Patients Move Forward Bring high-quality physical therapy directly to patients throughout the Attleboro area while building a career with flexibility, support and purpose. Pay is based off experience and education with a range of $100K to $115K. We welcome an open conversation about compensation during the interview process.
