The coworker must drive to patient homes, follow the patients plan of care, keep supervisor informed of activities and attend meetings and educational programs as requested or required.
The Home Health Aide must document patient information in the medical record for care provided. Completes other duties as assigned. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
