Licensure
✓Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
Certifications
Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire preferred
Qualifications
✓1+ years of clinical experience
✓Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
✓MS: At least one-year full-time experience as an RN. However, three (3) years full-time clinical experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN may be substituted for the one-year full time experience as an RN

About the role

As the Per Diem Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will assume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient. Continuously evaluate personal and professional performance and makes necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered. Adheres to and supports the policies/procedures/goals/objectives of hospice to assure quality patient care.
