Responsibilities Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. Experience in scratch cooking is required. Hours and Location: Flexible Per Diem hours. An ideal candidate would be able to do at least one weekend a month.

High School Required. Experience as a cook or cook’s aide in an institutional setting is preferred. Experience with scratch cooking required.
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions in order to operate food service equipment.
