The House Supervisor for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) acts as administrative representative for the hospital and is responsible for supervision and coordination of patient care activities within the hospital. As a House Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to: Coordinate activities related to management of resources hospital-wide to ensure safe care for clients. Maintain and promote positive customer relations to ensure positive working relationships.
Demonstrate a high level of communication skills in promoting collaborative team-oriented behavior with co-workers, managers, and staff; making rounds and obtaining unit reports; and implementing solutions and appropriate follow-up on identified problems as documented by anecdotal communications. Demonstrate clinical knowledge to promote safe patient care.
