This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Graduate from a school of nursing.

Three years of hospital nursing experience.

Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.

BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift Preferred :

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Five years of hospital nursing experience Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities : Strong leadership and management skills Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Demonstrate critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
