House Supervisor RN at Providence Medford Medical Center is 0.6 FTE part time position working during weekdays and weekends on a variable shift. The Nursing Supervisor is accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility level for a defined shift, in support of Providence Health & Services System and Regional goals. This includes assuring a balance of optimal and efficient patient care; staff, patient, and physician satisfaction; and cooperative partnerships with other organizational departments and professional groups.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
