You’ll need
Licensure
✓Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ Board of Nursing
Certifications
✓PVMC accepts resuscitation skills certification issued by the American/Heart Association (AHA) and AHA – AHA-authorized training centers.
✓Only certification cards issued by ARC and AHA are acceptable proof of certification, and the following active certifications are required upon hire:
✓BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
✓ACLS certification through AHA
✓PALS certification through AHA
Education
✓Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited program in nursing
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years of successful leadership experience required.
✓Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the assigned service area is required.
Experience with patient safety best practices preferred
Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role. preferred
