About the role

The HR Generalist provides consistent, professional HR guidance to managers and employees, maintains accurate records and reporting, and helps build a stable, accountable workforce that supports both patient care and hospital operations. This position requires strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to execute quickly in a dynamic environment.

Represents the department ofRepresents the department of Human Resources during regulatory surveys (DNV, IDPH, TJC, etc.
