HVAC Maintenance Mechanic II, Plant Engineering, 8a-5p 

This position is responsible for proper operation of mechanical systems and equipment. These systems are life support systems or essential utilities, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, critical and commercial refrigeration, special ventilation hoods, terminal and control equipment, pneumatic, automated building systems and direct digital controls.

Under the direct supervision of a Supervisor/Lead Mechanic, this position will provide a safe campus, including:Monitors, trouble shoots and customizes the HVAC Energy Management System to optimize energy saving’sCompletes inspections and repairs of all mechanical and refrigeration equipment according to established procedures.
