Monday - Friday hours between 7AM -5PM, no weekends. The Imaging Management Assistant is responsible for image management duties (release of images/reports, importing images, PACs QA and clean-up, etc.), patient customer service (in-person and via phone), and supporting the Medical Imaging department initiatives of safety and regulatory compliance. High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with medical information systems and processes Other: Knowledge of anatomy to identify images and procedures Understanding of medical terminology Effective interpersonal skills to ensure a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
