Licensure
✓Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Nevada or current interim permit.
Certifications
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education
✓High school Diploma or equivalent.
✓Graduate from a nationally accredited occupational therapy program.
Qualifications
Experience working with adult/geriatric/general population preferred.
Ortho and Stroke experience is highly preferred.
