Qualifications
✓Experience working with various Microsoft based computer software programs for Excel and Word.
✓Knowledge of scheduling templates, insurance verification, and third-party collection procedures.
✓Knowledge of hospital billing and collection processes.
✓Ability to perform basic data analysis.
✓Ability to solve problems independently, performs multiple tasks simultaneously, exercise good judgment, and work effectively in a team environment.
✓Ability and willingness to cooperate with co-workers, supervisors, and physicians to best serve the patients.
✓Ability to learn and incorporate new systems and processes.

About the role

Provides administrative services, data analysis, and customer service to facilitate efficient and effective processes for patients to access various services within the hospital.
