Qualifications

✓Ability to assess the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients during intake calls 3.
✓Good knowledge of admitting and insurance verification. 4.
✓Effective verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate with patients, families, referral sources, community agencies, and staff.
✓Knowledge of telephone etiquette is required. 5.
✓Must be able to interact with patients, physicians, families and hospital personnel in a professional and empathetic manner. 6.
✓Demonstrates strong knowledge of computer input and skills. 7.
