Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
✓Associate's degree in a related field plus two (2) years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle related function.
✓High School diploma/GED plus four (4) years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle related or bookkeeping function.
Qualifications

✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
✓A criminal conviction or arrest pending adjudication alone shall not disqualify an applicant except as provided by law.
✓Any criminal history will be evaluated in relationship to job responsibilities and business necessity.
✓The information obtained in these reports will be used in a confidential, non-discriminatory manner consistent with state and federal law.
Six (6) months of medical billing experience preferred with a basic understanding of CPT and ICD 10, and familiarity with the Windows environment and billing software; Basic understanding of HCPCS coding; EPIC experience is also a plus.
