Licensure
✓Coordinate resident licensure, DEA, DHEC, certifications, ACLS, and other regulatory requirements.
Education
✓Working alongside the Internal Medicine Residency Program Director and the Corporate Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office in Charleston, you'll help ensure our program operates seamlessly, meets rigorous ACGME accreditation standards , and provides residents with an outstanding educational
✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Qualifications
✓Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
✓Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
✓A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can work effectively with physicians, residents, faculty, leadership, and external partners.
✓Resourceful and proactive , with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
✓Comfortable working independently while being an integral member of a collaborative team.
✓Passionate about education, healthcare, and developing future physicians .
✓Experienced with technology and able to learn and manage systems such as MedHub, ERAS, Thalamus, OurDay, Axiom, and the ACGME ADS .
✓At least 3 years of experience in an academic healthcare environment required.
✓Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications required.

Previous experience in Graduate Medical Education or education/teaching preferred.
