✓CNIM certification required or ability to obtain within six months
✓Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Education
✓Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, but equivalent healthcare experience may take place of a degree OR 7+ years of progressive intraoperative neuromonitoring experience including leadership responsibilities
✓Completion of an accredited IONM training program
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience performing IOMN in a Surgical setting
✓Exceptional talent in the selection and mentoring of a high-quality team
✓Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and surgical procedures
✓Ability to recognize and communicate significant neurophysiologic changes in real time
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective interaction with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
✓Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and adapt in a fat-paced surgical environment
✓Willingness and ability to participate in on-call coverage, early starts, late cases, and weekend coverage as required
✓Competency across a wide range of complex case types
