Silver Cross Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our patient-centered care teams. CNAs play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality, respectful, and safe care throughout their stay. This role is ideal for newly certified CNAs, experienced professionals, and individuals eager to grow within a respected healthcare organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesObtain and record vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staffSupport patient comfort, mobility, and safetyProvide compassionate, patient-focused careCollaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teamsAdhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelinesQualificationsActive Illinois CNA certification and completion of a CNA certification programHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderCurrent CPR certificationExcellent customer service skills.
Ability to care for patients with compassion and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
