Effective organizational and managerial skills.· Knowledge of current regulatory requirements for NYSDOH and The Joint Commission. · Assess ongoing compliance monitoring within the requirements of the laboratory’s quality management system.· High School Diploma.· Progressive laboratory
phlebotomy, registration & specimen processing experience required. · Experience with Mobilab & MEDITECH required. · At least 5 years as a phlebotomist and 5 years of experience as a phlebotomy supervisor or supervisory role required. · National certification preferred.
